	Gary and Nikki Ubaldini, Founders Gary and Nikki have been a successful husband and wife real estate team specializing in residential real estate in Florida since 1986. Nikki is a lifetime resident of the Tampa Bay Area. Gary has been a resident since 1979. Gary holds the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), Certified Exchange Advisor (CEA) designations and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS). Both Gary and Nikki are Certified Residential Specialists (CRS), Certified Distressed Property Experts (CDPE) and licensed Brokers in the State of Florida.

A graduate of the University of South Florida, Amy moved to the Tampa Bay area in the 1970’s. Prior to joining The Gary & Nikki Team, Amy spent nearly 20 years in the mortgage industry. This background gives her a unique perspective as a realtor. Amy is dedicated to looking out for our client’s best interests while helping them to achieve their home buying goals. 	Tom Denham, Buyer Specialist, ext. 319 Email: tom@gnteam.com Tom Denham joined the Gary and Nikki Team, after a successful career in journalism and public relations.  Tom is a Tampa Bay area native who holds a degree in Mass Communications from the University of South Florida.  Tom is a former reporter for The Tampa Tribune and was an editor of several weekly publications. During his public relations career, he was Press Secretary for the Speaker of the House of the Florida Legislature and Director of Communications for the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice. Tom enjoys singing and writing mysteries in his spare time.
	Vern English, ABR, CRS, Buyer Specialist ext. 322 With almost 30 years in the real estate profession, Vern has earned the prestigious CERTIFIED RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST (CRS), the ACCREDITED BUYER REPRESENTATION (ABR), and the e-PRO designations from the National Association of REALTORS. He also holds a Brokers license in both Florida and New Jersey. Assisting buyers and sellers in northern Pinellas, southern Pasco, and western Hillsborough Counties, Vern is committed to the highest standard of service. “Devoted to God and Family, we are an active family at Palm Harbor United Methodist Church and invite you to come and visit.” He has three sons in the 20 to 25 age bracket and their interests and hobbies are varied but center around school, music, and sports. 	Jan Jahnsen, Buyer Specialist ext. 315 Jan was raised in Florida, and has been in the Bay Area for over 20 years. Jan has enjoyed Real Estate transactions since her teens; assisting her Grandfather, buying, selling, and leasing Florida Real Estate. A Buyers Specialist has proved to be the perfect path to pursue for a career focused in Real Estate. 	Dianne Corvello, Buyer Specialist ext. 238 Dianne was raised in Pittsburgh, Pa and has called Florida home since 2005.  A graduate of Indiana University of Pa, Dianne moved to Tampa and continued to pursue her mortgage career. After 5 years in the mortgage industry she decided to obtain her real estate license.  She has experience and knowledge on both sides of the home buying process. When not pursuing her passion in real estate Dianne is out playing softball and fishing the Gulf waters.  She is an avid Buccaneer, Rays and Bulls fan! 	Dominic Palermiti, Buyer Specialist  ext. 225 Dominic is enjoying his second career in Real Estate and joins the Gary and Nikki team after spending more than 20 years as a Paramedic/Firefighter. Although Real Estate is quite different from being a Paramedic/Firefighter, Dominic brings many years of customer service experience with him. He enjoys meeting new people and looks forward to working with buyers and helping them find their “dream” home. Dominic lives in Dunedin with his wife and two sons and is an avid football fan (go Giants!!). Most of Dominic’s free time is spent at the football field attending training or practice sessions with his sons. 	Dean Newell, Listing Partner, CDPE, ext. 295 Email: dean@gnteam.com Originally from London, England, Dean has lived here in Pinellas County since 2000 and loves the lifestyle and the people. He puts his 20+ years of sales and marketing experience to great use as a Realtor® and ensures his clients goals and expectations are exceeded in all aspects of the transaction. Handing over the keys and seeing the excited look on his clients faces at closing makes all the hard work completely worth it. Dean loves to build a strong working relationship with his clients that makes their home buying a great experience. When he is not selling real estate Dean loves to spend time at the beach with his family, take his dog for long walks and watches and plays soccer.

Previously, Bob managed Data Center Operations and Customer Support for a networking manufacturer in New Jersey. He excelled at streamlining tasks, process automation and Customer Service. Bob moved to Pinellas County in 2000 with his wife Terri, and 2 sons. Bob now enjoys handling all tasks required to manage office administration, as well as providing world class customer service and communication for all clients. After work, he enjoys the beach with his family, riding in his Jeep, and anything outside in the Florida sunshine.

Marlene was born and raised in Wellsboro, PA. She moved to Palm Harbor in April 2003. Marlene held various administrative positions including 14 years in the transportation business. Customer service has always been her number one priority. She enjoys exercising, music, cooking and the beach. Marlene is married and has four children and eight grandchildren. She looks forward to helping you in any way that she can!
	Paul Dugan, Transaction Manager ext. 313 E-mail: paul@gnteam.com Paul was born and raised in Huntington (Long Island) New York. Paul relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 1982. He worked in the transportation industry as well as banking for many years before getting his real estate license in 2002. Paul sold real estate for several years in the Tampa Bay area before going into real estate management. The love of customer service and the strong level of real estate knowledge makes Paul the perfect closing manager. When Paul is not putting all the pieces together making your closing seamless, he is spending time with his wife and son on one of the great beaches in the area or volunteering with the Boy Scouts of America and his Church.
